We are looking for a Middle Weight Designer to join an already award winning team. The role will involve the design for the whole spectrum of digital work, which may include websites, apps, social media and the occasional platform we’ve not invented yet. You will be reporting into the Design Director but will also be working closely with the ECD and Creative Leads on individual briefs.
The ideal candidate will have high level digital agency experience and a portfolio of beautifully crafted, contemporary projects. They’ll have strong communication and collaboration skills, knowledge of responsive design and an ambition to do amazing, envy-of-their-peers, work. They’ll be used to working quickly and efficiently when necessary, and know when and where to spend the extra time to make something great. They’ll also be bloody nice and enjoy the company of other bloody nice people.

As a middleweight, they may be asked to lead certain projects (with the support of the Design Director) and oversee and help develop junior members of the design team. A candidate with the energy and tenacity to pro-actively get involved in new opportunities, as well as developing ones they’ve spotted themselves, will flourish – whether that’s internal initiatives, side projects or client work. Finally, they’ll get the chance to be involved in teams coming up with great ideas for some exciting brands, so a conceptual brain is a huge bonus.
