Founded in 2008, AnalogFolk makes and markets interactive experiences that create value for people and brands. With offices in London, Sydney, New York, Amsterdam and Hong Kong, our mission is to use digital to make the analog world better. 

We take an inside-out approach to building brands. Our strategic approach starts on the inside to unearth the value opportunity, based on a deep understanding of the business, brand, consumer and culture. From here we create an interactive idea that is experienced through an ecosystem comprising platforms, products, content and spaces. This experience is then activated through data, communities and communications. 


As a member of the AnalogFolk client services department you will influence changes in consumer behaviour through ideas, creativity and innovation. You will inspire and make a valued difference to our clients.

The Client Partner leads their account by being dedicated to its successful management and growth as the person responsible for the overall client relationship. 

A Client Partner’s primary focus is to develop strong relationships with the senior clients, avoiding getting too sucked into the operational side of the business so as to be in a position to problem solve, quality control and forward plan. 

Successful leadership of the account requires the Client Partner to strike a balance between being aware of everything going on and getting stuck in when needed, whilst being sufficiently distanced from firefighting on day to day projects to have the thinking space and impartiality to lead and resolve issues effectively. It requires that a Client Partner is able to combine excellent client service skills with strategic and commercial nouse based on a solid understanding of the needs of the Client and Agency business. 

Whilst the Client Partner role has varied requirements, all require first and foremost the confidence, leadership and responsibility for making the right decisions. Whether setting up the optimal team structure, negotiating remuneration to ensure the account is consistently profitable, or securing the best agency resource, it’s the Client Partner who consults the team or client and then makes the call on the best course of action.

Crucially, a Client Partner should inspire; their team by setting and sharing the vision for the account and bigger strategic picture so that they can best understand and develop their roles; other departments to make the best people want to work on the account and senior clients with their passion for the potential of digital and AnalogFolk’s ability to deliver it.

The portfolio on offer:

The Client Partner will lead a portfolio with two of our key accounts at AnalogFolk covering the financial services and beverage sectors. The majority of the work is product and services focused including large platform builds, AI innovation, and design systems. However there is some marketing comms work in the portfolio so experience in this sector will be to your advantage. You will be supported by a brilliant team of project managers and an Account Director.    


- Meets and exceeds account specific revenue and profitability targets
- Develops strong relationships with senior, board-level clients 
- Develops a deep understanding of client’s business environment and consumer 
- Engages with clients for sale and delivery of projects 
- Retention and motivation of a high-quality account team Consistently strives to improve systems and processes within the department Large contribution to new business especially in their portfolio

Skills and Experience:

As a Client Partner you will develop strong senior client relationships and be committed to driving their business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates consumers. 

You will have ultimate profit and loss responsibility for a portfolio of clients.

In comparison to other agencies this role is equivalent to that of a Group Account Director or Business Director at other agencies.

How We Work:

How We Work: The office is currently open three days a week Tuesday to Thursday if Folks want to work from there. There is no pressure for Folks to work from the office and we only ask Folks to use the office if it is essential for their work, they feel safe, and they want to work from there.

As we are operating a temporary remote working model, we set up your home working environment like you are in the office and make sure you get the AF experience from day one, but from your home. Working remotely means we can embrace flexible working and we believe individuals can manage their own time and work, depending on their personal situations. As long as our work is delivered on time and to our high standards, we don’t mind how employees work.
