Paid Intern (Social Media)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE / Overview
We are looking for a smart and hungry (well, you won't literally need to be hungry) paid intern to provide support to our Client Service team. You'll be embedded into the team and work with them to help deliver remarkable work for our clients.
We'd be lying if we said you won't be making the occasional tea/coffee/matcha latte for meeting, or helping out with admin tasks, but the main focus of the role will be supporting the client service team on new business, helping work run through the agency, putting together presentations and any other support they need.
We don't expect you to have industry experience just yet, but we're looking for someone who is organised, an excellent communicator, strong writing skills, and a keen industry to learn more about our industry.
In particular, we're looking for someone with a passion for Social Media, and experience running your own pages will be very highly regarded.
This can be a part-time internship if you're still completing your degree or have other part-time work going on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO / Key Responsibilities
Community Management, programming, and posting for our social media clients
Input into social media plans
Developing reports for both paid and organic social channels and campaigns.
Joining meetings and assisting with note-taking and writing follow up actions
Putting together presentation documents in keynote
Assist in translating client briefs into clear internal brief documents
Building out quotes and timelines in our project management tool
Assisting with general marketing assets across our social channels, our events, and our email comms
