Today, we’re looking for a Visual Designer.

Someone who knows that design is as much about how everything comes together as it is about how it looks. Someone who uses creativity and craft to make beautiful content. Whose process emphasizes imagination, collaboration and lots and lots of iterations. Someone with the curiosity of a scientist and the passion of an artist, who never tires of pushing the work beyond what’s expected in order to create experiences people want to use and revisit.

Is this you? If so, you’re an innovative designer, a team player and client partner all rolled into one. You’ll work with design teams, production companies and clients through various stages of conceptualization and design strategy in developing innovative experiences for brand content, websites and online interactions.


A few specific details.

-  3-5 years in a design role, with a focus on digital content and storytelling.
-  A history and portfolio of incredibly well-made experiences.
-  Exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles and awareness of design trends and innovation
-  Strong communications skills and comfortable working with teams and clients.
-  Solid foundation in typography, motion graphics and video.
-  Collaborates across project management, technology, and strategy disciplines.

How We Work:

As we are operating a temporary remote working model, we set up your home working environment like you are in the office and make sure you get the AF experience from day one, but from your home. Working remotely means we can embrace flexible working and we believe individuals can manage their own time and work, depending on their personal situations. As long as our work is delivered on time and to our high standards, we don’t mind how employees work.
