As a junior designer you will be joining an already award winning team. The role will involve the design for the whole spectrum of digital work, which may include websites, apps, motion, social media and the occasional platform we’ve not invented yet. You will be reporting into the Head of Design but will also be working closely with the ECD and Creative Leads on individual briefs.
You will have a passion for beautifully crafted, contemporary projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential as is an ambition to do amazing (envy-of-your-peers) work. You will need to work quickly and efficiently when necessary, and know when and where to spend the extra time to make something great.
Our aim is to make famous work that's valued by both our client brands and the people that interact with it. The creative department at AnalogFolk achieves this with a combination of super-sharp ideas and exceptional design craft.
As a junior designer, you will be asked to work on projects working alongside the senior design team and Creative Leads. You will need energy and tenacity to pro-actively get involved in new opportunities. You will have the chance to be involved in teams coming up with great ideas for some exciting brands, so a conceptual brain is a huge bonus.
Skills and experience:
- Great layout skills
- Pixel perfect attention to detail
- A passion for design, motion and brand
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential, After Effects highly desirable)
- An understanding of the possibilities offered by HTML5 & CSS3
- Excellent communication skills

Monday Breakfasts - we kick off the week with a ‘family’ style breakie meeting, company news is shared over a bacon butties and egg sarnies, yoghurts and cereals. Coffee on tap.

Fruit - we get it delivered so help yourself and grab yourself an apple a day.
