Today, we are looking for a Talent Lead for the US business. As Talent Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Talent needs of the current team as well as driving the recruitment function, ensuring that AnalogFolk continues to hire and retain the best talent in the industry.
This role will report the US Managing Director and includes the following:
Owning all recruiting efforts (including candidate sourcing, managing Lever ATS, managing candidates through interview processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to build interview processes and job descriptions), and developing a talent-rich network through industry contacts, associations and event attendance.
Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees, which includes making recommendations and process changes to scale this process over time.
Working with office leadership to define and execute on an empathetic, empowering, and positive employee experience. This will include driving the performance management process, managing the company benefit selections, overseeing diversity initiatives, and providing advice/coaching to all employees on employment-related issues (performance, career growth, relationships, etc).
