Launched in January 2021, Untold Fable is a unique tech-powered content production that makes film and audio content for some of the world’s biggest brands. We have an important mission at the heart of our business – to make diversity in our industry the norm, not the exception. That’s why we’ve built a bespoke production platform that allows us to bridge the gap between brands and diverse talent, creating fresh opportunities for collaboration and impactful work that truly reflects its worlds. The Opportunity

We’re expanding quickly and need a full time CEO (mat cover) to help us build our exciting proposition and execute our mission,  alongside ensuring profitability and success across international markets.  

Roles and Responsibilities

- Executing the vision for the business and ensuring buy in from all key stakeholders within the business and at board level  
- Work with the AnalogFolk Global CEO to set the commercial strategy for the company. 
- In addition assist in the structuring and closing of large commercial deals globally 
- Set the quarterly commercial targets for the business and ensure they are clearly communicated to the companyWork with the Head of
- Client services to ensure client retention and development.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of Untold Fable 
- Together with the Untold Fable social media and marketing manager,  help to drive awareness, sign ups and new business via a solid marketing strategy executed across social media, paid social, CRM, industry events and PR.
- Review and monitor the Untold Fable  financial position together with the Financial Controller
- Diversity is one of the cornerstones of Untold Fable. Ensuring these values are up held through UF’s daily activities is important Ensuring the Untold Fable team and by design the wider team are happy and motivated to achieve the companies wider goals  

Background

- Marketing and advertising background preferably agency/ service side but open to client side for the right candidate Proven success as CEO or in other senior managerial/leadership position
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and executing vision successfully
- Good understanding of technology, specifically ad tech and how it can be utilised from a commercial perspective to drive revenue for UF long term 
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principlesFamiliarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field is beneficial.
