The role

After a hugely successful first two years, we’re looking for a passionate, strategically minded Head of Creative and Editorial (HCE). Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the HCE joins the management team working alongside The Head of Client Services and The Head of Production to drive the business forward. 

Our client roaster is growing each month working with companies such as: Nike, Bumble, HSBC, Tripadvisor and Meta. Your role will be to help ideate and shape the content for our clients from brief through to delivery.

The HCE will be working with our clients directly and therefore building strong relationships will be key to this role. 
As well as working with our clients, the HCE will also be responsible for Untold Fable brand, ensuring the company is putting its best foot forward at all times and managing the social media & marketing manager. 

Untold Fable is proud to be part of The AnalogFolk Group, therefore this role will at times collaborate with members of the AnalogFolk team working alongside strategy and creative to deliver brilliant work. Untold Fable has it’s own client base as well as the work we do in collaboration with AnalogFolk. 

Responsibilities 

Creative and Editorial 

- Guardian of all creative and editorial output, raising the bar and setting the quality standards within the team from brief to delivery 
- Play a lead role in the talent that is selected for each project entrusted to bring the content to life 
- Build strong relationships with our clients, working with them to realise their vision. Engagement point can range from strategy completion to storyboards
- Have a love of words and writing to ensure the creation of scripts for specific briefs
- Play a central role in all creative/ editorially focused new business pitches including shaping the response narrative and deck copy 
Team

- Work in close collaboration with client services and production to deliver stand out work 
 - Management and mentorship of the social media and marketing manager.
- There is also a plan to hire a new team member for creative and editorial later in the year which will also report into HCE.  
- Help to guide and educate other members of the Untold Fable team on best principals of content and creative 

Your skills

- A keen understanding and passion for good storytelling and how to structure a narrative across multiple platforms (Meta, YouTube, TT)
- An eye for brand messaging and an ability to adjust, amend and craft
- A leader who likes to nurture other team members and help to drive the growth and success of the business
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to convey creative concepts and ideas to clients
- Proven ideation, storytelling and writing skills
- An ever-evolving knowledge of the best/newest practices, trends and opportunities across social channels
- An ability to think and work fast autonomously
- Brilliant communication skills and attention to detail An entrepreneurial, open-minded and positive spiritA passion for film and creative production of all kinds

The recruitment process
