AnalogFolk is a global digitally native creative agency, independently owned since 2008. We have talented Folk across offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.

We deliver progressive solutions that change people's lives and fuel brand growth.

We’re proud to partner with some of the world’s most respected and influential brands, including Nike, Diageo, L’Oreal, Meta, Tommy Hilfiger and Amazon.

Here are just a few of the notable accolades our globally-recognised work has received: The Drum’s Most Awarded Agency in EMEA; Campaign’s UK and Global Digital Innovation Agency of the Year;  Contagious Pioneers Best and Bravest Agencies on the Planet; and a Fast Company award for a World Changing Idea.

The Role:

We’re looking for a social-first Video Content Producer to spearhead the production across our array of client social channels.

Reporting into our Head of Production and working alongside our Client Services team will lead on all aspects of the production and execution of content formats across social platforms, from casting and planning shoots, through to on-set direction and camera work, editing and uploading / cataloguing final deliverables.

This role will also closely engage with and work collaboratively with our wider production team in London.

What The Opportunity Looks Like:

We’re looking for someone to help us craft compelling content. This means:

- Organising monthly shoot days for our client’s social formats, managing all elements of the shoot logistics to deliver shoots on time and on budget.
- Conducting rolling casting sessions to identity and contact an ongoing bank of talent to participate in content.
- Maintaining a network of freelance production and post-production contacts that we can call upon when needed.
- Occasionally acting as DOP and primary Cam Op on set, alongside additional crew where necessary.
- Taking charge of the edit and bringing a vision to our post-production that brings in emerging post trends including transitions and clever graphics.
- Working with the Associate Creative Director and Client Services team to refine existing formats based on performance data and develop and evolve concepts for clients where appropriate.

Skills and Experience We’d Like You To Have:

- Minimum of 3 years video production experience, with a particular focus on social media video - ideally in the branded/original content and social space.
- Strong planning and time management to efficiently run shoot days to maximise output and budget efficiency.
- An excellent knowledge of what makes great original social content, specifically for a Gen-Z audience.
Ability to self shoot, edit and experience of directing talent on set.
Confident in Adobe Premiere and, ideally, After Effects.
- Experience of creating short-form for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms - and a clear understanding of what works where and why.
- Expert understanding of the health and safety, insurance and legal requirements surrounding production work.
- An established network of production and post-production contacts.
- Own kit and camera equipment is a bonus but not required.
- Willingness to travel if/when required.
