Today we are looking for an Account Executive.

This role is a 9-month contract and opportunity to work directly on the marketing team of one of AnalogFolk’s key client partners in the Beauty industry.  The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director of one of their largest beauty brands and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of their CRM loyalty program. This role includes executing on the creative content strategy for the program (onsite and off), managing agency partners, and KPI reporting to ensure the program is meeting its monthly goals. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders. It’s an opportunity to become the owner and steward of a one-of-a-kind customer engagement program.

Responsibilities
Heavy involvement in a variety of marketing initiatives focusing on loyalty and CRM
Work closely with the AnalogFolk team to ensure the core strategy is integrated across the work, and that we are pushing great creative output
Develop strong relationships with your client team across various disciplines, business areas and regions throughout the organization
Serve as an expert of the business in order to support the team and help the day-to-day business run smoothly
Manage a full suite of agency partners (data, creative, development)
Prepare and present creative briefs, clearly detailing activities, deliverables, and timingManage “surprise and delight” programs, such as sampling and sweepstakes execution
Create and execute customer journeys, such as onboarding and winback strategies
Tackle other non-loyalty CRM tasks, as needed

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
2+ years of experience in advertising or client-side marketing
Experience in digital marketing and/or website developmentCRM/loyalty program experience preferred
Some experience with data driven marketing and Google Analytics
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while balancing high volume of workstreams
Critical thinker, ability to onboard and comprehend information in context and appropriately apply it to move things forward
Highly self-motivated, organized, well preparedPassion for the beauty industry and make-up is a plus
