What we’re looking for:

As Production Manager, you’ll be the lynchpin of the team. You’ll support the Head of Production in the day to day running of a busy department, whilst overseeing the work of the Coordinator and PA. You’ll welcome fresh challenges in a calm manner and thrive when working under pressure. You are solution orientated and a great communicator, bringing the team together and inspiring them to deliver their best work. We are looking for a PM with experience juggling multiple projects at once, someone who is assertive and yet empathetic to the needs of clients, colleagues and suppliers alike. You have a passion for delivering work to the very highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- A minimum of 5 years as a Production Manager.
- A wealth of experience with short form content. Knowledge of TVC production is a bonus, but not essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A head for numbers and a love of budget writing.
- Good commercial business sense and a focus for achieving consistently high margins across all projects.
- A commitment to our diversity mission, and a desire to champion talent that you haven’t worked with before.
- A desire to help create and streamline processes that drive efficiencies and make the department run more smoothly.
- Experience managing direct reports.

How We Work:

We are redesigning our office to be a collaborative work space and will implement a phased return to the office with a 2:3 remote / office model being our future set up. Right now, our Folks continue to work remotely with the office open if they need to use it and we have invited local start up’s into our office space to support them during this time.
